The purpose of this position is to guide a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for Saudia Cargo with responsibility of building products from existing ideas to Commercial success /Operational credibility of CoolFlex products throughout the Saudi Airlines global network.
Duties :
the entire product line life cycle (Market share, Pricing .. etc) from strategic planning to tactical activities.
for reviewing product data to ensure that the sales is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions with responsibility of related process or coordination management in this regards inside or outside organization.
review transcripts and reports, and recommend action plans from Market research results and implement necessary actions and market requirements for current or future products.
support business by on-going visits to key pharmaceutical manufacturers, shippers and forwarders & act as customers’ key point of contact for Cool Flex, Pharma or related products based on department policy.
Plan,build and monitor exceptional client relationships, market intelligence and effective marketing input.
in-life product performance: sales, margin, and conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data.
the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of related product.
monitor both self-handled operations and Ground Handling Companies through close Commercial relationships
high-quality service standards throughout the Saudia Cargo network.
, coach and support sales personnel (Marketing prospective) in the required product knowledge that will make Saudia Cargo a carrier of choice through close client relationships and targeted marketing.
with managing the product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase.
develop highly effective working relationships with Commercial and Operations teams across the whole Saudi Airlines/Saudia Cargo network, creating personal trust and integrity.
reflect authority to initiate changes, adaptations and corrections to existing business practice, where this would improve performance, create customer satisfaction and improve revenue contribution.
in new product concept brainstorming meetings.
knowledge as well as providing development opportunities to subordinates (. training courses) to raise and improve their careers.
all giving tasks within the position nature.
