Operation Manager (Cinema experience only) - Emaar Group

Key Accountabilities:



Plan and execute operational procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business



Perform duties and supervise Theater Managers and F&B managers in all aspects of operations including Box Office,Concessions, retail,coffee shop,lounges, ushering and projection



Develop, set ,review and monitor uniform standards,operational practices,company policies,hygiene and quality standards and ensure they are adhered to



Continuously review all aspects of operations to maximize customer satisfaction,operational efficiency and effectiveness, enhancement of sales,profitability and standards



Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the effective training and development of all managers and staff including succession planning



Ensure all day to day accounting and financial controls are fully operational



Liaise with Marketing staff in the preparation of advertising and marketing plans and ensure full support from operations



In liaison with the company Health &Safety manager set all emergency and health and safety procedures and ensure they are fully implemented



Ensure the effective supervision of all FM providers to ensure all presentation and cleanliness standards are achieved, review performance and recommend improvements to minimize expense and maximize productivity



Manage key performance indicators



Plan,implement and review business plan for all operations



Assist in setting up new operations and plans to develop the business



Monitor through Theater Managers and Chief projectionist to ensure excellent presentation and film screening standards



Plan and review all operational requirements particularly during the budgeting exercise



Ensure all legal requirements are met



Set work targets for operational staff and conduct reviews of staff performance



Liaise and coordinate with other attractions,central departments,landlords and other outside bodies as required



Any other duties as required by the General Manager



Job Context:

The job holder will be responsible for all aspects of Reel’s operations including development of the business, improvement and maintenance of standards and security of the company’s cash and assets. Responsible for all Theater Managers, F&B managers and Operational managers and staff within the Cinemas
