Job description:
As Receptionist combined Assistant you will participate in Safegate’s day-to-day business in the office and in the ongoing commercial projects. You will be doing travel arrangements for employees as well as the duties included in a receptionist’s normal duties. You will also assist projects department with administrative tasks like shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, documentation, submittals etc.
