Sales Executive (Showroom - Sanitary Ware and Kitchens) - Alshaya Trading Company

Person is responsible for serving in showroom Customers aiming to maximize company’s gross profit through executing sales activities, and meeting targeted sales forecasts



Job duties include but are not limited to:



• Achieve the maximum quality of service and exceed Customer expectations.

• Greet customers and respond to all their inquiries and requests.

• Create Customer records in system and assure the accuracy of data entered according to the company standards and regulations.

• Prepare Customer quotations after checking availability date of items, and communicate any changes and/or alternatives to the customer.

• Contact customers to confirm quotations; if quotation date is reaching expiry, and ensure that the system is regularly updated.

• Calculate monthly & Quarterly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends.

• Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;

• Liaising with warehouse to check on the progress of existing orders;

• Provide advice on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
