1. Lead the personal finance team to meet monthly and eventually quarterly/annual plan numbers

2. Build and maintain a world class team of direst sales personal finance team.

3. Interact with Credit/ Collections and Product team to ensure smooth functioning of application processing and drive good turn around time for the applicant .

4. Contribute actively in analyzing competition trends and keeping in pace with the market growth
