Exciting Telco B2B Direct Field Sales opportunity for an experienced Account Manager located in Qatar.
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering revenue targets by building strong relationships with a strategic key account customer in order to identify new opportunities and to ensure they are timely and adequately fulfilled ensuring the profitability requirements as defined by the client are met. The role holder will have significant impact on profitability within the sector as the strategic key account will have been identified as being of major importance to the client in terms of revenue potential and strategic impact.
Responsibilities will include:
•Generate ongoing business opportunities with major strategic key accounts, orchestrate the development of solutions to meet customer requirements, by the development of strong long term relationships across all levels of the account to ensure new requirements are identified and current requirements are fulfilled to the total satisfaction of the customer.
•Achieve sales targets as defined on an annual basis by the client by building strong relationships at all levels with customers in a specified part of a sector - . Hotels within the Public Services Sector - in order for the customer to see the client as true partners, ensuring the companies pre-determined margins are met.
•Ensure customer requirements are identified and are translated into business proposals which will ultimately provide the appropriate solutions.
•Develop and present proposals for customer solutions, utilising the expertise within the Solutions Specialist Teams in order to ensure that the solutions designed and proposed will meet the customer requirements.
•Work with the Solutions Specialists, Procurement, and Legal Departments to develop and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers (back to back)
•Develop and implement Key Account Plans/Strategy for the customer to ensure that there is always an updated customer profile on record and every opportunity for business has been explored
•Co-ordinate with Installations, Maintenance, Engineering Teams to ensure timely delivery of services to the customer.
•Act as the single point of contact for the strategic key account.
•Where necessary, working across the client organisation, resolve any customer queries or problems in a timely and effective manner to ensure Customer Satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
•Conduct follow up calls and visits to ensure that all the customer requirements have been identified and fulfilled.
•Conduct regular periodic review of the performance of the client with the key account to ensure that the customer perception of the client is of Strategic Partnering.
