To assist in Non product purchasing materials and equipment required by the company by handling administrative support and documentation to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Placing RFQ for required materials to ensure timely delivery and in accordance with company requirements.
2. Negotiate the prices, terms and evaluate it.
3. Prepare purchase orders and ensure details on time of delivery and material specification.
4. Prepare Yearly agreements for services.
5. Prepare the closed bidding process and evaluate the tender prices and terms.
6. All transactions of purchasing
7. Analyzes costs of materials and suggests ways of maximizing savings to the company.
8. Provide the necessary information to finalize the deals on.
9. Assist maintain up-to-date lists of contractors and pricing arrangements to enable comparison of most favorable terms.
10. Maintain and update comprehensive database on materials and suppliers.
