• Coordinating and supporting tendering of services process from inception to completion,

• Adhering to current procurement strategy, reducing expenses against budgets where possible,

• Reviewing contracts and services,

• Pre-qualifying and reviewing suppliers,

• Negotiating contract conditions and SLA's,

• Working closely with the client and internal and external stakeholders,

• Assisting with risk and compliance management,

• Management of all tender documentation and record keeping,

• Driving and assisting assigned projects.
