The purpose of this position is to participate as a key member of the Saudia Cargo ‘Cool Products Team’ with responsibility to lead and deliver the day-to-day management and future development of these products and regulatory-driven airfreight solutions for vaccines, biotechnology Cool, Healthcare or Pharma products, diagnostics and other temperature-sensitive products.
Duties :
in building excellent customer relationships, cross-team interaction and operational Cool Products excellence.
in Developing on-going product strategy to maximize profitability of Saudia Cargo products primarily through the introduction and leadership of a ‘Premium’ branded Cool products within the Saudia Cargo portfolio.
revenue objectives through leading, coaching, training and supporting sales personnel in the required Cool products knowledge.
the operational success of the Saudia Cargo product by achieving high-quality service standards throughout the Saudia Cargo network, including both self-handled operations and Ground Handling companies.
exceptional client relationships, market intelligence and effective marketing inputs.
customer with airfreight solutions for vaccines, biotechnology products, and other temperature-sensitive products.
highly effective working relationships with Commercial and Operations teams across Saudia Cargo network with providing the required product knowledge and support.
the communication channels and relationship with pharmaceutical manufacturers, shippers and forwarders
info for researches and analysis products on a periodical basis and raise recommendation to the direct channel.
initiate changes, adaptations and corrections to existing products business practice, where this would improve performance, create customer satisfaction and improve revenue contribution.
in development of products promotion plan.
Products advertising plan.
