Gulf Walls System an exclusive Manufacturers of Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) and Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes in Qatar is looking for a Structural Design Engineer (Building). Structural Designer should have ability to work with the Design team to determine the requirements as per Tender Specification and to suggest required modifications (if any) to the design.
Applying aspirants should be capable to exercise the following as their major tasks:
Review Building Designs
Determine & Design building Structures (Foundation Walls etc) according to Load
Calculate size of Steel & Concrete required for Walls, Lintels, Roofing Slabs etc
Design Cast -in- Place Concrete Buildings with concrete walls
Design composite roofing with steel joist & concrete
Compare Conventional system with cast-in- place building system
Capable to design Multistory buildings up to 12 Floors
Prepare presentable calculations to the awareness of general public like clients
Meet Consultant and Suggest required variation in the basic design
Modify Tender Specification with New System of Building (ICF)
