ACCOUNT MANAGER - Reed Global Qatar

Our client, a leading and well established IT solutions and service provider are expanding and looking to bring on board an Account Manager for their Sales & Marketing Department and reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer.



As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary business contact for the client and are responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Account Manager will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.



The Account Manager is responsible for identifying appropriate potential customers, developing client relationships and closing business for targeted to C-Level executives in government and private sector organizations. It is essential that the Account Manager understand the current search marketing market as well as related emerging technologies.



Candidate profile:



? An undergraduate degree in business, marketing or a technical subject is required. A MBA from a reputable school, an advanced degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience would be a significant advantage to the candidate, but is not required.

? Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.

? Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience.
