The AR Specialist is responsible for the beginning to end duties involved in billing, receiving payments and pro-active collecting duties. The ideal candidate for the position would be one with experience in Distributor collections and would be able to multi-task and embrace a dynamic environment. The AR Specialist must possess the skills to improve processes, invoice customers in a timely fashion, interpret and research customer deductions and provide auditing skills for historical payments. The expectation is that the candidate would possess strong interpersonal skills in order to develop on-going relationships with collection and deduction departments.
