Being up to date with all governmental decisions.
•Coordinate with the PRO and finalizing license renewal priorities.
•Handle the stores lines (ex: landline, Fax and DSL)
•Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
•Handle supplier’s invoices
•Search for agreements with other hotels, car rental companies, fire fighting as well as cleaning service companies.
•Handle the Air ticket and hotels reservations.
•Aware of the Employment law - working conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equal opportunities, redundancies, paternity pay and maternity rights
