Our client, a global bank is looking for an Associate- Junior Legal Counsel to join their expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to support the other team members in advising the business on legal issues.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the follow up of changes in the laws and regulations.
• Follow up on litigation and assist with managing client dispute files.
• Research the law and court precedence in order to help advise the business on legal queries.
• Preserve the secrecy and confidentiality of all information received as per the bank’s policies.
• Reviewing contracts and agreements in order to ensure their compliance with the bank policies as well as existing laws and regulations.
