Business Continuity Executive - Reed Specialist Recruitment

A major Oil & Gas company based in Doha, Qatar are currently recruiting for a Business Continuity Executive.



Responsibilities:



- The incumbent will be responsible for the development and subsequent deployment of the enterprise-wide Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery plans and programs that will enable to manage business continuity and effectively respond to unforeseen calamities/ disasters.

- Support the Manager - Risk & Compliance in contributing to the achievement by taking initiatives in improving business continuity and disaster recovery programs.

- Contribute toward the formulation of strategy, annual business plan, policies and procedures of Risk & Compliance Section to support organizational business strategy.

- Assist the Manager - Risk & Compliance in ensuring that the work of internal customers (departments / sections) is least hampered due to unforeseen disaster/ crises events through.

the establishment and implementation of a robust BCM program/ plan.

- Conduct a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for all processes and sub-processes to identify those perceived as critical on which BCP/ DR efforts can then be focused.
