Business Development Executive - Manpower Middle East

Our client, an innovative provider of design, engineering and construction solutions for a wide range of products for the Oil and Gas market is currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive



Purpose and Scope

To plan, implement and deliver an aggressive revenue generation strategy for the Hire Business Unit focusing on accommodation hire segmentin UAE and MENA region



Responsibilities and Duties

• To achieve the annual revenue and contribution targets set for accommodation hire segment in the Hire business unit

• Grow revenue from existing fleet management contracts

• Identify, negotiate and secure FMS contracts in coordination with group offices in Aberdeen and Singapore

• Coordinate Accommodation sales across group offices and develop a robust combined approach to global customers

• Track competitors and their activities in the accommodation Hire segment

• Develop relationships, business opportunities and generate inquiries from existing and new clients for the accommodation hire segment

• Specification finalization, proposal submission and order closing so as to meet sales revenue targets

• Create new enquiries and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline

• Develop strategy to expand accommodation hire segment

• Analyze the market dynamics, competitive threats and value chain proposition to specify pricing and benefits of the product offering to meet customer expectation, evaluate offering against competition and implement competitive differentiation

• Be aware of the full range of Company’s products and services and pass

enquiries/opportunities/information onto the relevant team members to facilitate quick enquiry processing

• Plan calls with existing and potential customers, including cold calling, to create and develop excellent customer relationships and generate enquiries

• Represent the company during meeting with domestic and overseas customers, attend trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars to maximize realization of the market potential for its product range

• Plan forecast and manage the accommodation hire fleet to ensure maximum availability and utilization of assets.

• Work closely and communicate effectively with Company’s and Consultant’s staff in the hose countries in which we operate as well as with all Company’s staff



General

• Recommended improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of Sales and Marketing function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost effective service to customers

• Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls across Sales and Marketing function to guarantee employee safely, health, legislative compliance delivery of high quality products/service and responsible environmental attitude
