call center supervisor - Al-Ghad Newspaper

1. Supervises Call center agents’ daily performance, to ensure that customers are served in the right way and directs them to the proper performance if needed.



2. Arranges meetings with vendors to view Presentations regarding CRM applications, and Suggests modifications to customize it to AlGhad needs.



3. Schedules team time sheet to ensure complete service.



4. Coordinates with the marketing department to gain sufficient knowledge about new Products/services to be launched and transfer this knowledge to call center agents.



5. Follows up on escalated issues from other departments to monitor time frame and ensure tasks don’t exceed the set time by providing feedback and solutions.



6. Answers transferred calls from customers and follows up until the problem is solved to ensure Customer satisfaction.



7. Fills out weekly and monthly reports after regarding work that has been done by the team.



8. Follow up with the data entry department regarding the new subscriptions also for renewing the existed subscriptions



9. Update the records of the customers contacts, addresses and locations in coordinate with data entry department.



10. Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
