Claim Consultant / Contracts Administrator - Pioneer Group of Companies

The major requirements for this position are to be responsible for preparing, reviewing and administering contracts during the various stages of the construction process.



Formal qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction and or a Legal Degree, with sound experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Engineer or Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry are essential, with full knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and related articles in the civil law.



With Good knowledge in Dispute Resolution proceedings, such as Arbitration, litigation, mediation and conciliation



With Good Communication skills both written and verbal, along with demonstrated negotiation and analytical skills
