We are looking for an energetic, experienced Client Services Manager to lead and coordinate our CS Team.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage a Sales and Client Services Team of 4
• Accommodate Client’s needs within the Sales Team
• Supervise/prepare quotations
• Coordinate the work-flow between Client needs, Design, Scoping Team, Production and Installation
• Assure the approval of all samples, rates and work orders
• Coordinate delivery of the product to the Client and ensure the payments
• Develop and deliver presentations (internally and to the client)
• Prepare tender documents and RFP
• Ensure the highest quality of service at all times
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships between the Client and the Company
• Identify growth opportunities and up-selling potential within existing client base
• Manage ongoing process improvement initiatives for the Look client services team
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in similar role and industry (project management, creative or sales background encouraged)
• Demonstrate project coordination skills and capabilities
• Excellent customer relationship skills (Client facing, ability to asses client needs and interact with all levels of management including and up to executive level)
• Understanding of Branding and /or Advertising Industry
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must be comfortable and willing to work with production (textile manufacturing) and learn technical aspects of our custom hardware
