Experience:
Able to handle 1000+ workforce serving in Engineering multidiscipline projects (but primarily Mechanical). The candidate must possess verified experience of handling similar posts for no less than 3 years.
Minimum 15 years in oil & gas industries, petrochemicals, refineries with particular experience in fabrication of furnaces, fired heaters, pressure vessels steel structures, underground and above ground piping, modifications to existing plants, ability to co-ordinate with other agencies like civil, electrical and instrumentation, and managerial quality to handle the field staff and work force.
