Core Network Engineer - Tawasul Telecom

Main Responsibilities:

- Managing and maintain core network architecture (MPLS & IP).

- Providing 3rd level support for 2nd and 1st line engineers.

- Network troubleshooting in case of network failures.

- Plan, design and implement new services, products and projects in area of scope.

- Plan, design and implement new PoPs, core links & NNIs.

- Provide consultancy for designing customer solutions to the presales team.

- Coordination with the vendor for the support.

- Plan and execute network outages & software & hardware upgrades.

- Coordinate with providers & partners for maintenance & new implementations.

- Monitor and maintain core SLA statements.

- Documentation of related systems and services.

- Continuously improve technical knowledge & skills.

- Mentor junior staff.
