Description Key Results
Policies, Processes and Procedures
• Assists in the development and implementation of section policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled
• Recognized participation in and impact on formulation of departmental policies, processes and procedures
Day- to-day operations
• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the accounting section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures
• Day-to-day operations are consistent with established policies, standards and procedures
Job Specific
• Main responsibilities in processing the Supplier’s invoices for all the raw material like base oil, Additives, Packaging Material and Drum material.
• Reconcile for all the raw material before proceeds the supplier payments with Goods receipt in SAP system..
• Take care for the freights and customs duty invoices from Aljomaih Holding Company Dammam and Jeddah.
• Monthly reconciliation for all the raw material prices with SAP System.
• Daily check the Purchasing for to ensure correct pricing.
• Take care of the GL Accounts 8000 to 8004 in quarterly bases.
• Review the freight invoices for cash payment to transporters.
• Timely and accurate Checking and controlling all raw material invoices and other departments and proceed the payment
Reporting
• Supervises and edits the preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports which conform to JOSLOC and department requirements, policies and standards
• All department reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and meet company policies and requirements
HSSE
• Ensures compliance to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures across the division in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment • Healthy, secure, and safe work environment
• Compliance to all regulatory policies and procedures
