Speed House Group is a reputed family business established in the United Arab Emirates since 1974.
We are looking for a qualified person to execute the companies strategies in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Libya especially in both the GRC and Prefab structure business.
The candidate should be capable of set up the business from ground up and be able to put together budgets and follow the groups reporting strategy.
The group companies and activities consist of the following :
TEMCOPPAD : A market leader in the design, manufacturing and installation of GRC (glass reinforced concrete), we have executed major projects in the UAE and have shipped our products of Iraq, Iran, Qatar, most recently Sweden
Speed House Prefab : A guiness book of work record holder since 1993. We managed to design and produce the largest mobile caravan and have been holding this record since then. Our main projects and clients and in the Oil & Gas fields, Military, Site Offices, labor camps and large housing schemes. We have actually just been nominated to build the mock up for the Iraqi housing ministry against which they will be building 1,000,000 housing units over the next 5 years. Today we are concentrating on design and manufacturing of Cold Formed Steel Structures, Hot Rolled Steel structures and sandwich panel portable cabins.
Industrial Chemical Company : Manufactures all types of fibre glass products from flower planters to electricity Kiosks. We also import and install SMC panel tanks across the MENA region and have installed tanks upto 2,000,000 gallons in capacity. We have also recently starting installing steel tanks and Silos.
THE POD COMPANY : our newest addition to the group. TPC is focused on providing off site construction solutions to the construction industry. We currently supply different Hotels and Hospitals with all their toilets manufactured and assembled in our factory. The installation of this fully fitted out toilet at site should not exceed 25 min. We are soon to make our first shipment of toilet Pods to Iraq, India and Qatar.
TRAX Road contracting: This is our infrastructure construction arm. Executing all types of under ground networks as well as paving the roads and all the necessary earth work required to complete the job.
