The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is searching for a candidate who will be responsible for developing and implementing Human Capital strategies, policies and processes that support Center objectives and values. Responsibilities include: Lead and participate in workforce planning, Build and champion the Centers Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Development and Performance Management policies and processes to support Center objectives, Maintain organizational structure by ensuring that job descriptions remain current for all positions, Maintain employee benefits and employee relations programs, Serve as coach and expert facilitator of the selection and interviewing process, and Ensure legal compliance by: monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resource policies and procedures; conducting investigations; maintaining records; and representing the organization in legal actions.
