Dry Utilities Engineer - Parsons International Limited

Directly reporting to the Senior Utilities to identify and coordinate underground utility services.

Highlights possible conflicts among civil and existing dry utility services (Electrical / Telecom). Will also be responsible to identify the underground railway operational requirements, which include but not limited to communication / SCADA / power cabling (Cables Fiber Optic, and Copper Cables).



•Has Knowledge of rerouting of existing cables, for contractor’s decision.

•Reviews plans issued by DB contractor, developers and utilities companies to provide an overall assessment of possible conflicts.

•Provides utilities interface requirements and prioritizing issues as per program.

•Provides technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, and lower-level Staff working on the same project.

•Contributes to infrastructure master plan and provide field input.

•Support senior utilities in attending coordination meetings with utility providers and DB contractors.

•Reading Shop Drawings and understands the standards with a good qualification of legend and samples.

•Reports field issues affecting property owners, contractors and maintenance operations due to necessary utility relocation.

•Reviews of installation for external & internal Electrical Panels.

•Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
