Engineering Department Manager - Arma Group

1. Setting up programs and policies for the Engineering Department Management according to the company's objectives and policies.

2. Preparing the annual budget in accordance with the general objectives of the company.

3. Developing detailed plans for the engineering departments Management to ensure the optimal usage of available capabilities and resources.

4. Participating in the development of maintenance work standards to ensure high quality and low cost performance.

5. Coordinating with the Human Resources Department in evaluating workers periodically, and based on this enhancing the performance of workers.

6. Developing maintenance and preventive plans and programs to ensure the highest efficiency of the machines and maintaining them in good condition.

7. Analyzing maintenance breakdowns and discuss them with maintenance departments' heads and engineers. In addition to identifying appropriate solutions to and reduce them.

8. Supervising the implementation of work systems and ensuring proper use of models and reports, at the same time committing to the documents approved for such models, and submitting necessary proposals for them.

9. Supervising the technical documentation of plant equipment and machinery, in addition to classification and archiving of documents for all maintenance work including engineering maps, maintenance programs and rates of changing the spare parts…

10. Assessing the maintenance costs of for each machine and its consumption rate of spare parts, in addition to discussing the problems of high costs(if any) with the general manager to reach appropriate solutions.

11. Supervising the implementation of new installations and expansions in the company.
