Receive, create and maintain Tender files, quotations and associated documents

• Attend site surveys, bid clarification meetings and maintain reports

• Review tender documents and understand or seek clarifications from either the customer or the Department Manager

• Seek quotations from the sub-vendor, sub-contractors, etc.

• Estimate in-house product costs

• Estimate cost for engineering, labor, project management, etc.

• Collect all the costs and present to the Management for approval
