Finance Manager

•Monitors and approves the issuance of all the financial statements for the company; these include monthly and year-end reports financial statements.

•Responsible for managing the Company's Investments in parallel to the investment policy approved by the board of directors.

•Responsible for the preparation and issuance of the Annual Report.

•Responsible for implementing and managing the Business Continuity Plan in parallel with the best practices and CMA rules and regulations.

•Responsibility includes ensuring that internal control systems are in place to provide assurance to the management that the financial information is accurate and reliable, full and fair disclosure needs to be maintained in financial reports.

•Responsible for the compliance with the KSA laws governing financial reporting & CMA instructions should be adhered to.

•Responsible to oversee the daily financial operations & activities in the company “Purchasing, signing contract, dealing with venders, etc...” and participate a role in the control over the profit center transactions, to ensure that these activities are aligned with the company policy & procedures.

•Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of all accounting systems including general ledger, journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, revenue reconciliation and cash flows.

•Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting needs to be aligned with management's directives and company objectives. The responsibilities in this area include completion of an annual budget, monthly forecasting and a profit and loss statement.

•Responsible for performing analysis of the profit and loss statement and budget and forecasting report to explain variances.

•Responsible for designing operational procedure and processes that will improve efficiency and comply with audit standards.

•Responsible for maintaining the company's assets.

•Responsible for Finance Department staffing and budgeting projections.

•Responsible for overseeing the development of strategic and business plans for the division in line with the strategic plan.

•Ensures new operations plans, policies, and procedures, for the finance department are consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the Company.

•Oversees the establishment and implementation of the Finance Department division policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
