Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
Direct and coordinate production, processing, distribution, and marketing activities of finished products.
Conduct negotiation with suppliers for materials specifications.
Direct all production control, production process development, quality systems purchasing activities.
Plan, Initiate and coordinate inventory and effective cost control programs.
Report market feedback to the Operations Director regarding manufacturing plan, competitive offerings, prospect needs and future product innovations.
Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company with the coordination of marketing department.
Lead and drive internal sales teams to achieve their Key Performance Indicators and pursue the company’s strategic goals
Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets by setting departmental objectives and target according to overall business strategy
Recruit competent staff and provide them with necessary training and coaching and assess their performance to make them outstanding performers.
