Manage HR processes for specific team or specific action plan, in constant partnership with his/her manager
Main activities
•Contribute to high performance HR solutions to meet the Business needs
•Participated to the people ascpect of the SPS in the industrial and project environment
•Particpate to the CMP process as part of central functions, Business Unit or country subsidary functions
•Participate to the resources / business needs within the framework of sales organizations in particular services
•Contribute to personal development ( key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values)
•Contribute to good social climate
•Contribute to occupational health
•Contribute to the management of the company HR softawres data base
