IT Project Manager

•Agreeing project objectives

•Lead all business and technical sessions with the clients and manage clients expectations in accordance with the agreed scope and budget.

Ensure effective management of project resources, budgets and expenses.

•Provide technical input in finalizing the plans for System Testing, UAT and Stress testing and ensuring the plans are in line with the overall integrated project plan.

•Conduct brainstorming sessions with business analysts and solution architects to outline the most efficient and workable solution for clients.

•Provide technical input in preparing business requirements document, functional specifications document, system design and architecture.

•organizing the various professional people working on a project

•Using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress

•making sure that all the aims of the project are met.

•Making sure the quality standards are met

•Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; Ensure strong progress monitoring and control through project status reporting and progress reporting at defined/agreed time intervals.

•Be responsible for project invoicing in accordance with the approved project milestones and ensure timely collection.

•Maintain and manage issues and risks management logs.

Develop share and manage effective communication plan to meet vis-a-vis all project stakeholders.

•Be the central point of contact to address all project related queries of the clients during project engagement period.

•Prepare and share the minutes of the meeting with the all relevant stakeholders and keep a strong track of action points

•Present the project progress to the Project Steering Committee at defined time intervals
