Basic Function:
Performs under the supervision of the Chief Legal Counsel, a variety of legal duties for the company’s operations in the Partitioned Zone between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait, includes negotiating and drafting contracts with contractors and third parties, reviewing and evaluating company policies and contracting procedures for compliance with local and international legal requirements, providing legal advice to company’s departments on various issues, including labor, oil operations, contracting and company’s government agreements and, working with outside counsel on the company’s litigation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait.
