Organize and manage Loyalty & retention Unit
Build & maintins loyalty and reduce churn.
ESSENCIAL FUNCTIONS :
•Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers based on having lots of relevant information about them, and using those information to guide communications and contacts with customer.
•Use the information to make the right offer to the right customer at the right time, thereby increasing sales and pleasing the customer.
•Analyze & study all the incoming reports.
•Plan strategic actions in his area concerning sales & Marketing.
•Build and maintain relationship between SabaFon & customers based on tangible information.
•Evaluate loyalty programs and services in SabaFon.
•Manage and coordinate the Loyalty & retention Unit.
• Prepare and submit Activity Reports on Loyalty & retention Unit.
•Evaluate the Unite Employees.
•Issue periodical activity reports .
