Job Profile



- The strategic planning, development and implementation of the major tenants and oversee the operations of pre-opening and after opening



- Focusing on the project development, leasing, marketing strategy, mix tenants and managing the center as a world-class shopping & fine dining destination.



- Provide world class tenant and vender support.



- Facility service management, Coordinating and controlling the service and quality level of all support services (. security, cleaning, parking management...)



- Administration, ensure overall supervision and the smooth running of the mall



- Monitoring and reporting on local market developments to maximize the mall revenue and traffic.



- Implement policies for the Mall, highly steps to improve systems, ensure HSSE standards are implemented and manage the completion of FM processes.
