Job Description:
• Contribute to the timely preparation of the annual budget
• Review actual current year to date, compare it to phase budget and to full year budget
• Coordinate with concerned staff from directorates/departments to rationalize the variances between actual and budget
• Maintain management accounts and generate proper analyses
• Compare manpower plan from all Directorates/Departments with HR Staff and finance payroll and highlight deviations to the concerted parties
• Preparation of the quarterly reports for Board members
• Updating financial systems with online budgets (Capital and Operating)
• Review capital budget for new projects, on-going projects and proposals to close projects
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Contribute to on-going improvements in work processes, competencies and financial systems
• Maintain Requisition forms register for All RFs (received, approved, and rejected)
