Be part of investment banking and become a core team member of the Debt Finance Group.
The Debt Finance Group handles complex corporate finance advisory and project finance advisory transactions including syndications, structuring and placement of fixed income, structured finance transactions and sharia compliant transactions.
Analyse markets and industries and generate outputs.
Prepare financing strategy reports based on quantitative and qualitative factors and market realities.
Prepare information memoranda, marketing materials/presentations and term sheets for transactions.
Support in syndication and placement of transactions.
Review and negotiate transaction documentation and coordinate on transaction execution.
Interact with regulators such as the Capital Market Authority and the Central Bank and other advisors on transactions.
Contribute to the Debt Finance Group through business development and generation of ideas.
