Operations Manager

An experienced Operations Manager is required for shipping company in their Dubai office.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the fleet as well as the safe and efficient operations, whilst ensuring operational costs are kept to a minimum. Other aspects of your role will include day to day operations work relating to issues such as documentation, invoicing, bunkering, agency negotiations and performance and so on.

To be considered for this role, you must have seagoing experience on board tanker vessels to Master level, combined with similar shore based vessel operations experience within the tanker sector, including management of a team. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are also required and fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
