1. Understand and interpret HR Regulations, personnel rules, policies and procedures of the company and local labor law.
2. Implement know-how in personnel practices when processing the employees’ affairs requests through website or through formal applications’ forms.
3. Follow up and respond to employees’ requests for processing personnel transactions which include but not limited to residency renewal, sponsorship transfer, profession change, visas requests …etc. and do the necessary to process them on a timely manner.
4. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
5. Follow up on the new hired employees and make sure all their documents are available and ensure their full information is entered in the system, also follow up on resigned staff and make sure clearance process is done in full compliance with the stated policies and procedures.
6. Coordinate and communicate with the health insurance company to add new employees in the insurance policy and delete the resigned from the policy.
