PRODUCT SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVES - FL Tractors

Responsibilities

Maintains direct sales responsibility of assigned accounts, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships by performing sales calls and providing solutions to meet customer needs. Develops new customer relationships to gain more service and parts business by prospecting leads and performing cold calls. Plan sales call activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Develops and presents quotes to customers including identifying parts, working with parts/service dept.

Stays current on all technology associated with the product line and attends and participates in all trade shows and related activities. Maintains knowledge of parts, service and support capabilities, marketing programs and objectives relating to power system equipment..

Provides continuing contact with customers after sale by responding to questions and technical problems; coordinating, when necessary, repairs and maintenance activities by service personnel. Informs management of customer concerns and problems.

Keeps customers current on status of un-paid invoices, collects on accounts overdue and settles all customer disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Demonstrates and trains customers on sold equipment as needed.

Inspects customer equipment for needed service repairs and parts.

Settles disputes between FLT and customer by developing a plan to settle issue and presenting/providing explanation to customer.

Utilize CRM.

Keep territory engines population up to date, notifying the proper personnel of any changes.

Attend, and participate in, all department meetings, trade shows, and required training.





Job Requirements

Ability to be confident in sales presentation and to make cold sales calls. Positive customer service. Must have a valid Libyan driver’s license. Understanding of the inner workings of the company, and can answer parts & service related questions asked by customers and other company personnel. A thorough understanding of the terminology related to the products and services that the company sells. Familiarity with forecasting, ordering, inventories control and terms management. Strong motivation and self-starting initiative is required. Heavy travel within territory, and some travel outside of territory, is required.
