Purchasing Manager - Arma Group

Supplying of equipment, materials and services at the right time, with the right quantity, from the right source and at a reasonable price taking into account:



1. Achieving a balance between the technical and the economic aspect, within quality standards.



2. Establishing a balance between costs of demand and the inventory holding costs, According to different situations taking into consideration the appropriate quantity.



3. Responsible for development and setting of policies concerning the sources of supply required to reach the targeted quality and quantity in the right time and the appropriate cost.



4. Developing an evaluation system for all suppliers (local / external) and taking into account, the geographical location of supplier, The volume of production of the supplier's factories, The level of technical and technological development of the supplier and Stability of the supplier



5. Setting up initial contracts for purchasing, supplying and putting the appropriate conditions before General Manager's approval.



6. Preparation of Procurement Department budget.



7. Preparation of periodic reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) for the management of procurement activities, and to develop proposals according to the need.
