QC Telecommunication/Controls Engineer - FEMCO

*Involved in Quality Assurance Inspection for the installation of low current systems.

*Systems such as FIRE ALARM DETECTION, SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL, IP CCTV, IP TV, IP TELEPHONY, REAL TIME LOCATING SYSTEM, NURSE CALL SYSTEM, CHILD ABDUCTION SYSTEM, AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS, VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEM, PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM, AUTOMATED STORAGE RETRIEVAL SYSTEM, STRUCTURED CABLING FOR NETWORKING, BMS.

*Ensure conformance of work on-site as per standards such as (NEC, BICSI, NFPA, IEEE, Project Specifications and others.)

*Assure conformance of work as per Technical Specifications and Design Scope.

*Assures Material delivery and Installation as per Approved Material Standards and Conformance Standards.

*Reports Progress of work to Site management.

*Prepares all the Inspections and Commissioning Procedures Documentation.

*Assist and Advise Site Project Engineers and Subcontractors (Technical).

*Technical Review for Engineering Design and As-built.

*Assist and Support Project Consultant and End-USER.

*Handle testing and Commissioning for all the LOW CURRENT SYSTEM.

*Prepares All Manuals (Operation, Maintenance and Emergency Manuals) Required by Project.

*Prepares Documentation Requirements such as Warranties, Spare Parts List, List of drawings to be As-Built, Training Modules etc.

*Creates and Manage Database for Low Current to facilitate all Document Submittals.
