Manage the implementation of effective recruitment and selection strategies in order to attract top quality candidates appropriate to the positions’ and Company’s needs.
Supervise the assessment of the staffing needs and coordinate with the executives and heads of departments the suitability of the recruitment requests.
Set and align recruitment objectives and strategy with the Company’s vision and mission.
Implement the planned recruitment strategy to source top quality candidates, and ensure the fulfillment of business needs and advertise a good image of the company, by networking with the HR society (locally and internationally) through professional gatherings and seminars, liaising with regional employment agencies and participating in targeted job fairs.
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process for external and internal recruitment, from the receipt of CVs/applications to the negotiation of employment/transfer offers, to ensure effectiveness in selecting qualified candidates and alignment with the Company’s standards related to professionalism and transparency
