Main Duties:
The role will involve providing support, motivation and management of Sales Representatives, and having a thorough understanding of the sales process.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
• Ensuring volume budgets are met and ensuring gross margins are maintained within budgeted limits.
• Responsibility for the display and cleanliness of the showroom, together with an overview on stock levels and ordering requirements.
• Coaching of local sales representatives, assist them to prepare offers, in business meetings, negoceation…
• Organising of staff visit plan, driver schedules and vacation planning.
About You
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales Supervisor role
• The successful candidate will be well presented and eloquent, and will possess a professional air of competence.
• An accomplished sales person in their own right, they will also have a good understanding of both the local market and also product knowledge of the competitors’ equipments and offers.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required and Arabic would also be a distinct advantage.
• Candidates should be self-motivated and confident in their skills, with the ability to lead by example and drive the business forward.
• Heavy equipment (CATERPILLAR) sales experience is preferred
