The Regional Vice President, Sales will be an integral member of the the Global Senior Management Team. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for all regional sales and business development opportunities, with a focus on the media and corporate enterprise verticals. He/she will at a later stage as sales ramp up recruit and lead a sales team of 2 to 3 sales representatives, and the Regional Vice President, Sales will manage, develop and grow the Greater Middle East and North Africa sales organization, with an initial focus on building strong customer relationships in Dubai. He/she will be responsible for implementing the overall strategy and turning it into a reality by continuing Scribble Live’s year-over-year revenue growth.
This is a pivotal leadership role with a mandate to build and develop a sustainable, high performance and sophisticated team within a global organization. The Regional Vice President, Sales will build on a solid foundation, increase the momentum and raise the organization’s sales capability. He/she will accomplish this by driving personal revenues, focusing on talent recruitment and development, and implementing leading edge tools and processes, which are aimed at creating and delivering sustainable sales force excellence.
The Regional Vice President, Sales will be a polished and professional “hunter” who is strategic, entrepreneurial, values driven and passionate, and understands the long-term perspective. He/she will ideally have will have operated successfully within an early stage, rapidly growing organization. He/she is an inspirational team player and team builder who is a self-starter with determination, drive and energy. A “driver”, the Regional Vice President, Sales will challenge their team to realize the potential in the product and market.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Drive all sales activities, both personally and by leading the sales team. Focus on growth within the media and corporate enterprise sectors; recruiting and leading a team of 2-3 sales representatives in MENA within the first year.
• Lead the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan that supports and expands Scribble Live as a market leader within the MENA marketplace by driving the achievement of sales goals and profit targets;
• Manage, coach and lead the sales team to achieve approximately $ in revenue by end of CY 2014 (Monthly recurring revenue goal they are expected to achieve is 40k-45k per person per year);
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with customers.
• Responsible for ensuring that all sales and marketing collateral is subject to ScribbleLive review (in Toronto) for brand consistency
• Ensure that all sales and marketing collateral, websites, social and search promotion follows the franchisee agreement
