- Leads, manages and provides support to area sales force.

- Analyse and report on sales, completion and market trends in his area.

- Ability to think in a strategic manner, then formulate and adjust sales strategies based on events and developments during sales process.

- Responsible for an assigned sales budget, to be achieved with a set profit targets
