Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun.
The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region. Jotun has been present in Libya since 2007 and is currently the market leader with more than 100 exclusive retail outlets, 2 warehouses in Tripoli and Benghazi and a well-established supply chain. We are currently looking for a Sales Executive as part of the Jotun MEIA Graduate Program to be based in Tripoli. This position will report into the Sales Manager - Decorative.
Responsibility
■Attend to dealers’ and appointed distributors' enquiries, complaints, stocks and orders by performing regular visits and maintaining a good relationship.
■Promote Multicolor machines and paint by frequent visits to potential hardware dealers to build up the dealer network and increase our market share.
■Perform regular visits to customers to promote and sell Jotun Decorative products, maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
■Acquire new customers by planning frequent visits to potential customers and attending to quotation requests to increase market shares.
■Follow up with customers sales to achieve sales budget, reduce DSO (days sales outstanding) and increase the gross margin.
