Security Monitoring (ArcSight Product) - Advanced Directions

 Provide us with Security monitoring and analysis in 8x5 basis.

 Provide technical support. This involves identifying issues, extensive troubleshooting, and coordinating resolution using a variety of applications and testing tools. These events can include hardware/software failures as well as security breaches and threats discovered by ArcSight SIM infrastructure.

 Professionally and courteously answer inbound calls, authenticate callers, create tickets, fill out necessary checklist paperwork, generate tickets for all work and informational requests, and escalate according to established procedures.

 Demonstrate excellent communication and customer care skills by documenting all activities within delivery systems and communicating with us representatives in a timely manner

 Ensure Security Events are being monitored, acknowledged, and acted upon

 Ensure that implementing best practice configuration that addresses the business need while monitoring the vital corporate assets.

 Regularly provide high level proactive technical support and recommendation including device upgrades, IDS signature revision, VPN configurations, and hot sparing.

 Stay informed of current events in the security industry including the latest exploits and threats, as well as, preventative measures, remediation and restore techniques

 ArcSight Administration and implementation for ArcSight Core components and smart connectors .

 Very good knowledge with information security analysis and investigation process .

 Provide the management the upgrade, update, enhancement schedule and tasks to keep the best practice implementation, operations, and administration for ArcSight.
