Supply Chain Executive - Jotun MEIA Graduate Program - Jeddah - JOTUN

The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training. Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun.

The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region. Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia is celebrating 28 years in Saudi Arabia. Jotun Saudi has two production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu and 5 sales offices and warehouses around the kingdom and plays a very important role in Jotun’s activities globally and within the Middle East. As a part of the Jotun MEIA graduate program, we are looking for a Supply Chain Executive in the Purchase Department, reporting into the Purchase Manager.



Responsibility

■Manage and coordinate general operational activities in supply chain, setting goals and objectives in order to improve efficiency and productivity.

■Lead initiatives, along with others, to improve performance through adoption of Lean tools and techniques.

■Responsible for effective utilization of our ERP System (IFS) and for providing overall framework and structure to operate the local supply chain.

■Ensure HSE(Health Safety and Environment) compliance within all supply chain activities and processes.

■Monitor, measure and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in the supply chain function.
