BASIC PURPOSE:
Under the direction of Change Management and Training Manager, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing all essential aspects of the training initiatives. This role will handle all execution plans and logistical arrangements needed to ensure the training activities run smoothly and in alignment with the overall project plan. Further activities range from planning, communications, course scheduling, attendance tracking and general promotion of the objectives of the training goals and objectives.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for the identification of all potential end users stakeholders that will require training under the guidelines set by the ERP project
Assist the CMT team in the management and communication of the training logistics.
Assist in designing and developing communications specific to training to ensure that the user community is aware of the training opportunities and requirements.
Responsible for the communication of the training schedule to the end users.
Act on reports produced by classroom coordinator on training activities and schedule issues (., no shows, course/instructor evaluations, comments, etc.)
Manage the readiness of the training facilities and ensure any issues relating the training rooms are dealt with, ensuring minimal impact on the training plan.
Manage the day to day schedule changes of the training plan, ensuring that all changes are communicated in a timely and accurate manner to the impacted parties.
Ensure that all training materials are received and distributed to the appropriate training facilities in accordance to the training schedule.
Assists in assessing and analyzing future training needs based on requests, surveys, attendance at sessions, and other factors.
Provide weekly updates to the CMT Manager on progress and identify any issues and the possible mitigating actions
