Our client, a prestigious, investment firm is looking for a Vice President of Investment Banking to join their growing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate has to call on prospective clients such as privately held business owners, publicly traded companies and private equity firms in order to establish excellent client relations.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare strategy reports.
• Conceptualize, organize and deliver new business presentations.
• Monitor financial analysis and modeling to perform industry research.
• Create client presentations, proposals, engagement letters term sheets, legal agreements and offer memorandums.
